Established in 2014, Greener building is licensed through the City of Calgary, and fully insured through RSA Insurance Company of Canada .

I Dana Rolles, Owner/Operator have 20 years construction experience, ranging from renovations to project manager of custom homes

Working directly with Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Builders, Designers, and Home owners while in compliance with local building permits, including those required by National Building Code - 2019 Alberta edition, and in compliance with the new Alberta laws under, National Energy Code for Buildings - 2017 Edition , Greener Building is a proud and independent sales and installation company. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or under the influence of any manufacturers or distributors of the products we promote, We simply promote products that will provide a more cost effective and energy efficient way of building for that specific location.

ABOUT THE PROCESS

Upon initial contact with Dana Rolles at Greener Building, I will find a time that is convenient with the customer to come do a 1st meet, to get to know you and the property, I work directly with the client throughout the entire process from, Vision- Planning - Design - Building, we will discuss potential plans and ideas and decide the best route as well as which sub trades need to be brought in, if any.

From there we will begin the process of design and costs, which could involve other meetings at the proposed site with designers, and or sub trades. Then Greener Building will submit an original quote for you to review.

We will then move ahead with permits (if required), following that is the building process, we take several photographs of before, during, and after for not only my records but also for the customer if they desire, keeping the customer informed throughout the building process is something we strive for, nothing will get over looked, we also encourage on site meets throughout the process.

We document the build, as well as provide the client with a detailed package, consisting of all finishing products used, for future reference.
When the building process is completed, we will do a final walk through, once the customer is satisfied, the invoicing process will being.Ending with yet another happy customer.
